Ставка процента, устанавливаемая банками на свои заемные средства, предоставляемые наиболее кредитоспособным банкам на определенное время и в определенной валюте. Наиболее известной является Лондонская ставка предложения по межбанковским депозитам (ЛИБОР). Но существуют также ставки рынков Абу-Даби (АДИБОР), Амстердама (АИБОР), Бахрейна (БИБОР), Брюсселя (БРИБОР), Гонконга (ГИБОР или ГКИБОР), Кувейта (КИБОР), Люксембурга (ЛЮКСИБОР), Мадрида (МИБОР), Парижа (ПИБОР) (иногда сокращаемая на основе французского варианта taux interbancaire offert à Paris ТИОП), Саудовской Аравии (САИБОР), Сингапура (СИБОР), Цюриха (ЗИБОР) и других финансовых центров, а также ставка по шестимесячным СДР (СДРИБОР).
